If your looking for a healthier, alternative to carbohydrates then you should try this bread. It has flaxseed and many other nutrients that you don’t get from white bread. I tried it a few ways. I tried it with peanut butter or any nut butter you like. I tried with deli meat and it didn’t taste to bad for being healthy for you. It’s worth a try for all the healthy fanatics out there.
